Attendees from countries with developing economies as listed in the WESP report page 146, table C are allowed to register with the reduced fee.

The option to join a 2-day-1-night all-inclusive tour to either Matsu or Hehuanshan for TWD $15,000 during registration. The travel cost for the Lalashan trip is TWD $10,000.

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Kelly Tang (cogumiao@gmail.com) in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of TWD$2,500 will be made providing notification is received by Sunday 24 May 2026 Taipei time. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the ICRS is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
IDSF and TDA reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
Registrations received by TDA will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the IDSF and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind during the meeting on Oct 12~14. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the IDSF nor TDA covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the IDSF or for theft or damage to belongings.
Only those participating in the October 14-15 trip will have travel accident insurance purchased by the travel agency during their visit.
IDSF and TDA will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the IDSF. Nor will the IDSF and TDA take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the IDSF or associated activities.
IDSF employs an official conference photographer and videographer. IDSF may wish to use images or video footage taken by the photographer or videographer on the IDSF website or to promote future conferences. If you don’t give permission for IDSF to use images or video footage for this purpose please contact Kelly Tang (cogumiao@gmail.com).
